Live It Learn It Presents..... DC Voices: Stories from the Margin. An evening of storytelling from three local Washingtonians: a teacher, a skater, and an activist. All proceeds from this event will fund experiential programming for underserved DC youth.

May 25th, 2017: Open Studio Spring Showcase at Big Chief

This is the first Open Studio Showcase at Big Chief. It will include the work of several artists who have shown or made work at Open Studio in the past. It will also include musical performances from BOOMscat, +E, Bless, and CMPVTR CLVB, who are all from DC. The event will also be an optional benefit for Empower DC to support the work they do in the city. http://empowerdc.org/

On December 11th from 6 - 11 pm, Open Studio DC presents "SHOW POSTERS," an exhibition of poster art made for concerts and other shows in DC, as well as Baltimore, Philly, and New York. Lots of posters, both digital and hand-made prints, will be on view and for sale, as well as other work by the artists. The event will also include food, drinks, and live music! All proceeds from poster sales will go to the artists.
