introducing dc's premier screenprinting studio

WASHINGTON, February 1 /openstudioDC/ -- Carolyn Hartmann is pleased to announce the opening of openstudioDC, a screenprinting studio for artists.

Located in the heart of Washington, DC, openstudioDC is equipped with everything a fine art screenprinter might need, including high quality inks and a huge exposure unit. Experienced screenprinters can arrange to work at the studio for a month, a year, or just long enough to complete a specific project.

An adjunct professor in the Corcoran College of Art + Design's printmaking department, Carolyn Hartmann realized that former students had few affordable options in the DC area to make prints once their classes had ended. openstudioDC is Carolyn's answer to ensuring that Washington's fine art screenprinters have a well-equipped, affordable, and convenient studio space.
